You are working in `commit-intelligence-service` (`adpilot-indexing-commit-intel.com`).

## Responsibilities

- Consume `graph.delta.ready` and run commit impact analysis
- ACK `graph.artifact.ready` without analysis (v1)
- Publish `commit.analysis.ready`
- Debug REST for jobs and results

## Do Not

- Clone repositories here
- Parse raw source files here
- Compute graph deltas here (Code Parser owns that)
- Call other services directly for indexing jobs

## Preferred Changes

- Extend `ImpactAnalyzer` and `ArtifactReader`
- Keep Redis behind `internal/redis/` and `EventPublisher` interface
- Use local contracts in `internal/contracts/`
