# Commit Intelligence Service

Commit-level analysis service for the code intelligence indexing pipeline.

## Responsibilities

- Consume `graph.artifact.ready` and `graph.delta.ready` from Code Parser
- Analyze commits: what was done, who did it, impact narrative
- Publish `commit.analysis.ready` in future tasks
- Expose REST health and status endpoints now

## Quick Start

```sh
make dev
make test
make build
