## Responsibilities

- Repository sync lifecycle
- Future Bitbucket webhook handling
- Future Git clone/fetch/diff workflows
- Future Redis event publishing

## Do Not

- Parse source code here
- Perform commit intelligence here
- Call other services directly for indexing jobs

## Preferred Changes

- Extend `GitProvider` and `EventPublisher` interfaces
- Keep REST endpoints limited to control/status in the initial push
- Use shared contracts for all event payloads
