# Repo Sync Service — Git

Standalone repository. No external module dependencies yet.

The shared `code-intelligence-contracts` package will be wired in later once it is hosted on Bitbucket.

## First push

## Local development with sibling repos

Do **not** add a `replace` directive yet. Local placeholder types live in `internal/contracts/`.
