- `html/` — CodeIgniter 4 app (web root `html/public/`). `app/Controllers/` holds the features (map below); `app/Config/Routes.php` defines routing; `app/Views/`, `app/Libraries/`, `app/Helpers/` for the rest.
- `html/system/` — the CI4 framework (ignore when reasoning about app logic).
- `app/Models/` — effectively empty (`.gitkeep`): this is a UI/proxy, not a data owner.
