# Monitor + Affiliate PoP Fix Plan

## Goal

Fix the failed live questions against `https://dev-mcp.lucos.com/sse` in this order:

1. Add monitor-grain reporting (`get_click_monitor_report`) for affiliate/campaign entry ranking.
2. Add affiliate period-over-period compare (`compare_affiliate_performance`) for drop/surge questions.
3. Fix campaign `sort_dir` behavior so `asc` returns true low rows.
4. Improve `adhoc_explore` retrieval/coverage for monitor + affiliate PoP.
5. Apply polish fixes (`get_ivt_report` ranking clarity and onboarded `capped` flag).

- [x] Add `get_click_monitor_report` (catalog + connector + registry + route + tests).
- [x] Add `compare_affiliate_performance` (catalog + connector + registry + route + tests).
- [x] Fix `get_campaign_performance_report` SQL seed ordering for `sort_dir=asc`.
- [x] Expand adhoc retrieval coverage: added `lucos_ro_affiliate_cpc_summary_daily`, `lucos_ro_affiliate_directory`, `lucos_ro_adv_campaign_performance_daily`, `lucos_ro_campaign_directory` to `catalogs/schemas/staging/admin.json` so `adhoc_explore` can vector-retrieve them as fallback.
- [x] Polish: IVT ranking guidance/filtering and onboarded `capped` behavior.

## Notes

- Keep work on this branch (no new branch, no tickets).
- Preserve existing auth/RBAC behavior.
- Prefer approved tools first, keep `adhoc_explore` as fallback.
