## 🎯 Issue Found & Resolved

### Problem
The system had **multiple PHP versions** installed:
- ❌ `php` (CLI) → PHP 7.0.33 ← **Was default, incompatible**
- ✅ `php8.2` → PHP 8.2.32 ← **Web server running this**

VS Code linter was showing false positive errors because it didn't know the code was running on PHP 8.2.

### Solution
Configured the entire repository to use PHP 8.2:
1. ✅ Linter configurations (`.intelephense.json`, `phpstan.neon`, `psalm.xml`)
2. ✅ Shell aliases (`.env.shell`)
3. ✅ Documentation (this file)
