# SERP-1827: AI Creative Generator & Campaign Launch Summary
Assignee: Koushik
## Description

Build an AI Creative Generator where users can create image and video ads using:

- Product URL
- Text prompt
- Product images
- Existing creatives
- Competitor ads from Meta Ad Library
- AI avatars
- Uploaded avatars
- Different AI voices

After creating the creatives, the user should be able to either add them to an existing campaign or create a new campaign.

## 1. Creative Creation Options

The user should have multiple ways to start creating a creative.

**A. Product URL**
User can enter a product/landing page URL.

Example: `https://chromiumbrowser.com/secure-browser/`

The system should read the URL and understand basic information such as:
- Product name
- Product benefits
- Product features
- Product images
- Website messaging
- CTA

The AI can then use this information to create the ad.

**B. Create Through Prompt**
User should also be able to create a creative directly using a text prompt.

Example: *"Create a modern 9:16 video ad for Chromium Browser showing a person browsing the internet without annoying ads. Keep it clean and premium and end with a strong CTA."*

The AI should understand the prompt and create the requested creative. This should work for both Image and Video creatives.

**C. Upload Product Images**
User can upload their own product images/assets. The AI should use these assets while creating the creative.

## 2. Clone Existing Creative

User should be able to select an existing creative and:

- **Clone** — Create a copy of the existing creative.
- **Create Variation** — Create a new version based on the existing creative. The AI should change selected elements instead of simply making an identical copy.

Possible variation elements:
- Hook
- Script
- Avatar
- Voice
- CTA
- Visual style
- Background
- Product presentation
- Scenes

## 3. Competitor Ads – Meta Ad Library

User should be able to access competitor ads through Meta Ad Library and:

- Search for competitor/company.
- View available ads.
- Select an ad.
- Use it as a reference.
- Create a new creative inspired by the selected ad.

The system should not simply copy the competitor ad. It should create a new version using the user's product/assets. Reference workflow supports competitor-ad based creative creation and creative swapping.

Possible swap options:
- Swap Hook
- Swap Product
- Swap Avatar
- Swap Script
- Swap Voice
- Change CTA
- Change Style

## 4. Select Creative Type

User should first select what they want to create:

- **Image** — AI generates image creatives.
- **Video** — AI generates video creatives.

The user should be able to create either type directly from a prompt as well as from product URL/assets.

## 5. Image Creative

For image generation, user can provide: Product URL, Product images, Existing creative, Competitor creative, or Text prompt.

The AI should generate the requested image creative. User should be able to select the required size/ratio.

**Supported ratios**

| Ratio | Resolution |
|---|---|
| 1:1 | 1080 × 1080 |
| 4:5 | 1080 × 1350 |
| 9:16 | 1080 × 1920 |
| 16:9 | 1920 × 1080 |

For V1, priority should be: **1:1, 9:16, 16:9**. 4:5 can be added if supported.

## 6. Video Creative

For video creation, user should be able to select:

- **Video Ratio:** 9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5 (if supported)
- **Video Duration:** 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds

These ratios and durations are aligned with the reference creative-generation workflow.

## 7. Avatar Selection

For video creatives, the user should have an Avatar option.

**Select Existing Avatar** — Choose from available AI avatars, e.g.:
- Indian Male
- Indian Female
- Western Male
- Western Female
- Other available avatars

**Upload Avatar** — User should also be able to upload their own/custom avatar.

The system should use the selected/uploaded avatar in the generated video.

## 8. Voice Selection for Avatar

Along with avatar selection, the user should have a Voice Selection option.

**Flow:** Select/Upload Avatar → Select Voice → Generate Video

Example:
- Avatar: Indian Female
- Voice: Female – Professional
- Language: English
- Tone: Friendly

Other possible voice options: Male/Female, Indian/International accent, Professional, Friendly, Energetic, Conversational, Calm. Available options can depend on the voice providers/models supported by the system.

**Voice Preview** — User should be able to preview the voice before generating the video, to help pick the right one.

**Avatar + Voice Mapping** — The selected voice should be used with the selected avatar in the generated video.

Example: Avatar: Indian Female, Voice: Friendly Indian Female, Script: AI-generated script → Result: Video with the selected avatar speaking using the selected voice.

The avatar and voice should also be treated as separate variation elements so the AI can create different combinations when the user requests multiple creatives.

## 9. AI Script Generation

For videos, AI should be able to automatically create scripts.

**Basic structure:** Hook → Problem → Product → Benefits → CTA

Example:
- Hook: "Tired of annoying ads while browsing?"
- Problem: "Pop-ups and trackers can make browsing frustrating."
- Product: "Chromium Browser gives you a cleaner browsing experience."
- Benefits: "Browse faster, block unwanted ads and keep your experience simple."
- CTA: "Get Chromium Browser Free."

The user should also be able to provide their own script through the prompt.

## 10. AI Script Variations

For video generation, AI should be able to create multiple script versions.

Example: User selects 3 creatives, AI creates:
- Creative 1 → Hook A + Script A
- Creative 2 → Hook B + Script B
- Creative 3 → Hook C + Script C

The reference platform uses multiple script permutations and treats creative elements such as hook, avatar and script as separate variables.

## 11. Creative Quantity

User should decide how many creatives they want: **2, 3, 4, 5, 10, or a custom number.**

Example: *"Create 5 video variations."* The system should generate 5 meaningfully different creatives — not identical copies.

## 12. Creative Variation System

The AI should treat the main creative elements separately: **Product + Hook + Script + Avatar + Voice + Style + CTA + Ratio + Duration.** This allows the system to create different combinations.

Example:

| Creative | Hook | Avatar | Voice | Style |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hook A | Avatar A | Voice A | UGC |
| 2 | Hook B | Avatar A | Voice B | UGC |
| 3 | Hook C | Avatar B | Voice A | Commercial |
| 4 | Hook A | Avatar B | Voice C | Commercial |

This should make it easy to test different combinations.

## 13. Creative Style

For video, user should be able to select a style. Initial options:

- **UGC** — Natural, social-media style content.
- **High-End Commercial** — Premium, polished advertising style.

The reference workflow includes UGC Try-On and High-End Commercial strategy presets. Additional styles can be added later.

## 14. Storyboard

Before generating the final video, the system should create a simple storyboard.

Example:
1. Scene 1: Person starts browsing.
2. Scene 2: Annoying ads/pop-ups appear.
3. Scene 3: Browser blocks the ads.
4. Scene 4: Person continues browsing.
5. Scene 5: Product benefit + CTA.

User should be able to review the storyboard before final video generation. The reference workflow uses a storyboard before final rendering.

## 15. Generation Summary Screen

Before starting generation, show the user a summary, e.g.:

- Creative Type: Video
- Number of Creatives: 4
- Ratio: 9:16
- Duration: 30 sec
- Style: UGC
- Avatar: Indian Female
- Voice: Friendly Female
- Script: AI Generated
- CTA: Get Chromium Browser Free

User can review and click **Generate Creatives**.

## 16. Generation Status

Creative generation may take time. Show status for each creative: **Queued → Generating → Processing → Completed / Failed.**

If one creative fails, the user should be able to retry that creative without regenerating everything.

## 17. Creative Review Screen

After generation, show all generated creatives. User should be able to: Preview, Download/export (if supported), Edit, Clone, Create Variation, Delete, Regenerate, Use in Campaign.

For videos, user should be able to preview: Avatar, Voice, Script, Scenes, Final video.

The reference platform uses a creative library/workspace where generated assets can be reviewed and reused.

## 18. Add Creative to Existing Campaign

After the creative is generated, user should have an **Add to Existing Campaign** option.

**Flow:** Select Ad Account → Select Campaign → Select Ad Set → Select Creatives → Review → Publish

Example: Ad Account: Chromium Ads, Campaign: Browser Acquisition, Ad Set: US Broad, Creatives: Creative 1, 2, 3. Then user can confirm and publish.

## 19. Create New Campaign

User should also have a **Create New Campaign** option, taking them through a campaign setup flow.

**Basic fields:** Campaign Name, Objective, Budget, Audience, Location, Placements, Creatives.

**Then:** Review → Confirm → Publish

The reference workflow connects Creative Studio assets with campaign creation and direct ad-platform execution.

## 20. Creative Library

All generated creatives should be saved in a Creative Library. Each creative should show: Preview, Creative type, Ratio, Duration, Avatar, Voice, Script, Creation date, Source, Campaign used in.

**Actions:** Preview | Clone | Create Variation | Edit | Use in Campaign

## 21. Simple End-to-End User Flow

**Option 1 – Prompt**
User enters: *"Create 3 short video ads for Chromium Browser showing an Indian person browsing without annoying ads."*
Then selects: Video → 9:16 → 15 sec → Avatar → Voice → Generate
AI creates 3 different videos.

**Option 2 – Product URL**
User enters a Product URL, then selects: Video → 9:16 → 30 sec → Indian Female Avatar → Friendly Female Voice → 4 Variations
AI: reads the product page, creates scripts, creates storyboard, uses selected avatar/voice, generates 4 videos, shows the generated videos. User selects the creatives and adds them to an existing campaign or creates a new one.

**Option 3 – Existing Creative**
User selects an existing winning creative and clicks **Create Variation**, then selects: 5 variations, new hooks, different avatars, different voices, new scripts, same product, same CTA.
AI creates 5 new versions.

**Option 4 – Competitor Creative**
User finds a competitor ad in Meta Ad Library, clicks **Create Variation**, then selects: Swap Product + Swap Avatar + Swap Voice + Swap Script.
AI creates a new creative using the user's product and selected creative elements.

## 22. Ad Copy Generator

User should be able to generate ad copy along with the creative using AI. The user can provide a product URL, product details, existing creative, competitor ad, or simple prompt, and AI should generate multiple ad-copy variations.

The AI should generate: Primary Text, Headline, Description, CTA.

User should be able to select how many copy variations they want, e.g. 2, 3, 4, 5, or Custom.

Example prompt: *"Create ad copy for Chromium Browser highlighting its ad blocker feature."*

AI generates multiple variations with different angles, such as: Problem-focused, Benefit-focused, Feature-focused, Curiosity-based, Offer-focused.

User should be able to edit, regenerate, copy, and select the ad copy they want to use with the generated creative.
